Northland Automation and Engineering designed its first microwave popcorn bag former over 15 years ago.

Overview

Taking what we have learned from that machine and adapting it to customers' needs, a new generation of microwave popcorn bag forming machine has been created. The new design was developed to maintain higher efficiency, better durability, greater speed capability, all while maintaining a very simple design.

Bag Former Options

The NAE microwave popcorn Bagformer is designed with the customer in mind. It features a modular design for adaptabilitiy and easy maintenance.

Speed

This machine is capable of producing up to 450 bags per minute.

Bag Length

The NAE bagformer is designed to run bags anywhere between 9 and 12 inches in length.

Bag Stacking

This bagformer can be attached directly to the NAE bag stacking assembly. This device takes the bags out of the bagformer and puts them in a counted stack (number determined by the user) for ease of boxing.
